Props for Lille Haus
'Bout a month back, treated myself one of Lille Haus's RIC kitchen towels. Just wanted to say publicly that she offers excellent customer service: She was a good communicator, fixed with reassuring speed a little shipping address problem I had, and got my towel to me promptly. (Then again, it didn't hurt that I was just up the East coast from where she is located.) Also, she took Paypal.
Overall, for good customer service (is there a one-word Danish term for that, too?) : gold star!!
